Shipping
We ship Monday through Friday. We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing before shipment. After confirmed shipment, please allow 3-5 business days for items to arrive. Express shipping within the continental United States available during checkout for an additional charge.

International shipping, including Hawaii and Alaska, is currently a flat rate of $9 per order. Unfortunately, express international shipping is not currently available.
Returns/Refunds
You can return your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for returning an order is 30 days from the date on which you placed the order.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Please ensure that:
* Your order was placed no more than 30 days prior to submitting a request for a return.
* The items are in its original packaging
The following returns will not be accepted:
* Items which are not suitable for return due to health
protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items sold while on sale cannot be returned.
RETURNING GOODS
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to HolyHood Clothing. You should send returning items to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
We will refund the cost of the item(s) to you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned items. We will issue the refund to the same means of payment used when the order was placed, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. We will provide a confirmation email once return has been processed and refund has been issued.
